On December 24th, Beijing’s Toward Group announced the largest overseas acquisition of commercial property by a Chinese firm to date… and it is in Milwaukee (My home town)! Called Amesia Plaza, the property is expected to include over 200 Chinese retailers and restaurants! For those of you from Milwaukee, they purchased the old abandoned North Ridge mall property.
